ASTROPHYSICS FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS
Our
Field Service Engineers undergo a complex technical training and are
thoroughly tested on their knowledge prior to being deployed in the
field. Curriculum includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, and
written and hands-on exams to demonstrate understanding of system
equipment, troubleshooting and repair. Astrophysics Field Service
Engineers also complete Refresher Course Training every 18 months to
remain updated on the latest products, software and technology. In
the United States, all our systems are serviced directly by our own
Field Service Engineers. Our U.S. customers are served only by highly
qualified Astrophysics Field Service Engineers that are trained
specifically on our systems, providing faster and better quality
service.
GLOBAL NETWORK OF ASTROPHYSICS CERTIFIED SERVICE PARTNERS
Astrophysics
has multiple service hubs worldwide, and employs a global network of
Astrophysics Certified Service Partners. Our Service Partners are
factory certified Field Service Engineers and participate in
Astrophysics extensive technical service training and Refresher Course
Training every 18 months. Astrophysics Service routinely conducts
training for visiting engineers from around the globe with technology
advancements and service updates.
